Requirements profile for service employees
- Experience in the service sector
- Gladly also a completed vocational training in the hotel industry/gastronomy
- Service employees with leadership potential with prospects for advancement
- guest & service oriented with an eye for detail
- Resilience & Reliability
- Good manners & a well-groomed appearance
- Enthusiasm for a high quality service & for the satisfaction of our guests
Requirements profile for the Chef de Partie:
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy would be desirable but not a must
- open-minded character & a professional, independent way of working
- Order and cleanliness is a matter of course
- Passion and creativity as well as commitment and resilience are your strengths
Requirement profile for temporary help:
- Desire for gastro
