First of all, we would like to warmly welcome everyone who has ended up at our Himmelreich campsite. We - that is the place owner Roger Groß and his two sons Maximilian and William, as well as all employees - strive to ensure that your holiday is a complete success.
But you too can help with this project. Therefore, some necessary rules of conduct:
Arrival & departure

Every visitor has to register immediately at the reception.

Arrival is between 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at the earliest and is usually from 3:00 p.m
10:00 p.m. at the latest.

Departure is until 11:00 a.m.

In the event of late departure, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.
rest periods

13:00 - 15:00 and 22:00 - 07:00

Driving on the campsite is not permitted during quiet times.

During quiet times, the entrance barrier remains closed without exception.

The erection of tents and caravans is not permitted during this time.

Failure to comply with the rest periods will result in a fine of €20.00.

Walking speed prevails on the entire area!

All arrivals will be assigned a parking space. The unauthorized switching to another place is
not allowed.

Cars and trailers are to be parked in the parking lot, except for arrival and departure. We reserve the right to
In exceptional cases, permission to park at the site to be granted.

Pay attention to nature. For the sake of the environment, please do not dig any ditches on your pitch.

We ask you to keep your pitch clean, but also the area around the campsite. In the
Departure, your pitch should be in the same order as you found it on arrival.
supervisory duties

The duty of supervision for children and young people lies exclusively with the legal guardians (parents are liable for their children).

It is the duty of the legal guardian to accompany the younger children to the toilet or shower.

No ball or badminton games etc. are allowed on the camping site and its streets. There is a volleyball court for this purpose on the playground.

The bathing areas are not monitored, children are not allowed to go swimming unsupervised.

Children may only enter the jetties when accompanied by adults if they have their own boat
to lie there. Exceptions are young people aged 16 and over who have traveled alone by boat.

Dogs and cats may only be kept on a leash on the campsite. impurities are
removed immediately and disposed of properly!
garbage and sewage

Garbage is to be separated and packed in garbage bags. Corresponding containers can be found at the waste disposal site next to the main wash house.

Waste water must not be allowed to seep away, for this purpose there is a gray water shaft on the side of the wash house in the ground.
Legal

We are a recreation area in the landscape protection area and are located in a spa town. Therefore, barbecuing and lighting fires is strictly prohibited.

The campsite operator and the municipal office cannot accept any liability for accidents, injuries of any kind or for lost or damaged property.

The site operator and the persons authorized by him are entitled to exercise the domiciliary rights at any time, i.e. they can refuse to admit people or expel guests from the site (without reimbursement of fees already paid), if this is in the interests of other camping guests or if the existing site regulations were violated.
